  • Eat foods that are high in vitamin C. Vitamin C is known to be effective in strengthening the immune system. Examples of foods high in vitamin C include bell peppers, oranges, strawberries, and cantaloupe.
  • Eat a diet rich in zinc (such as pumpkin seeds) to decrease the duration of cold symptoms and lessen your risk for catching a virus.

The rainy season is a time for us to relax, enjoy the weather and be with our loved ones. It is also a time to reflect on how we can be better people and improve ourselves.
